I wanted to write and express my deep appreciation for Ale and her team who did a deep clean of my home. The service was outstanding, exceptional, reliable, dependable, and extremely professional.
The experience with her company was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The call resulted in Alexandra making a house visit to assess my needs and to sell a plan of action. She was very knowledgeable, very direct and had great communication skills to explain what, how and why certain services were needed. I immediately agreed to her services.
Ale and her team arrived at my home on time, and immediately surveyed the work and began to do the deep clean. They worked as a team and had a very positive attitude. They cleaned a difficult refrigerator.
They worked diligently and continually asked questions to clarify what I wanted. They then followed up to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The quality control was done by Ale. It was refreshing that she was the person who sold the service and then the same person to assure the quality was right. She also pitched in to help clean.

After I hired 3 people, I finally got it right. You got to all the spots that previous cleaners would miss and would stand out to me. I was anxious to come home after the cleaning to see what I would find. When I entered my house, I couldn't stop smiling. The house had been cleaned top to bottom, basement, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. I was very pleased. She cleaned every single dirty spot, under the couch and wall boards. The other thing I was really impressed about was the kitchen exhaust fan hood, which was soaked in dirty grease. It is really hard to clean it and most of the housekeepers don't do that. I bragged about her at work and several co-workers became interested in her service which was excellent. I recommended her to my Neighbor who is also very pleased and satisfied about the work she has done. She provides me the best quality of service. Alé has gifted hands for cleaning. I'm blessed to have her cleaning my house. She surprised me by her attitude and respect toward others. The first time i met Alexandra, she took off her shoes to come inside my house. While We were talking and I was showing her the house, I noticed that she was analyzing the house, looking and pointing places that had to be cleaned. Another thing that also surprised me was that she looked under the kids' beds and found dirty plates with old food on it, candy wrappers and more garbage. I was truly surprise with the mess because I had a company responsible for cleaning my house once a week. On her first day cleaning my, house Alexandra did a deep cleaning that resulted in 4 bags of garbage. She takes care of my house like her own, and her hygiene cleaning process is exceptional. She never uses the same gloves to clean kitchen and bathroom, which, for me, is extremely important. The towels used in the cleaning process are clean white, not dirty white. In the bathroom, She washes all the shower and glass with soap and bleach, not just wipe with windex. Another plus is the way she cleans the toilet.
