Before an employee is hired for a long-term position, they must first undergo a thorough period of rigorous training, followed by a one-month trial period. During that time, Alexandra makes sure to see for herself whether or not the employee meets her standards of quality and efficiency.

For cancellations and rescheduling up to 24 hours before, we charge 1/2 of the cleaning fee. Cancellations and rescheduling on the same day of cleaning will be charged the full amount of cleaning.
